The Research Gateway is replaced with One WUSTL. ePARS training materials and email communications are updated to reflect this change. Now certifiers and effort coordinators can log into ePARS via https://one.wustl.edu or the direct link to ePARS portal: https://eparsprod.wustl.edu/ecrt/


March 2016

The ePARS system is slated to be upgraded in mid-March. The upgrade will provide users with new functionality including:

– Smart emails, system should send comprehensive reminder notice with all “to do” items
– To do lists for effort coordinators
– Updated user interface and navigation

May 15, 2009

Office Hours for effort coordinators has been published, and additional Effort Coordinator Training Sessions have also been announced. Please see the ePARS Training page for more details.


January 12, 2009

Print an ePARS flyer to post in your department or division! These posters will inform faculty and staff in your department or division of the Information Sessions for Faculty and Staff and the start date of the next certification period.

Two versions of the flyer are available to print: color or black-and-white.

November 25, 2008

An official letter from Vice Chancellors Barbara Feiner and Samuel L. Stanley, Jr., MD, went out late last week to all faculty and staff that will be impacted by the launch of ePARS in early January 2009.
